A smart restaurant where
an excellent item that best suits the guest is created through conversation with the owner.

Tetsuo Otsuji, the owner, says “I want the guests to enjoy the fresh ingredients purchased that day.” Because of that, there is no menu, and the food served each day is determined individually for each guest through conversation with the owner over the counter. From seasonal fish to their famous fried chicken, all dishes cooked by the owner are good, a product of his 52 years of experience cooking. The price per person is 5000 yen on average. It may be better to tell the staff your budget beforehand.

Karaage (deep-fried chicken) is lightly fried with just a little batter. There are tebasaki (mid joint wing and tip) and pieces of chicken breast, and both are juicy and enjoyably chewy. The side of potato salad is also good.

The owner listens to the preferences of each guest, and serves food to suit each person. The assortment of fish is also served according to the guests.

Spanner crab, which was purchased on this day by chance, was served boiled. Since the crab itself has a robust flavor naturally, it is eaten without too much seasoning.

There are counter seats and table seats. You often see the owner chatting with guests beside a table.
