Enjoy dinner at this bayside restaurant, which serves Cantonese-style Chinese food using fresh local seafood, with a panoramic view of Nagasaki Bay and Mt. Inasa. Bihada yakuzen nisyoku hinabe (bi-color Chinese hotpot for beautiful skin) (1,580 yen~ per person), spicy chili soup to warm you up from the core of your body, is especially popular among women. Tasting Chinese food viewing the port at sunset will become one of the highlights of your trip in Nagasaki.

Bihada yakuzen nisyoku hinabe is a set of whitish broth made by slowly boiling chicken bones and spicy chili soup with added spices (the portion pictured is for 3 people). The pot meal is a collaboration between the shop owner, who has been trained at a famous restaurant, and his wife, an advisor on medicinal cooking based on traditional Chinese medicine and a vegetable sommelier. It is very popular among women.

Soft and easy to eat spareribs are cooked to remove excess fat. A wide range of a la carte options are also excellent.
