A well-known kushikatsu restaurant which gained a star in the Michelin Guide 2016. They offer kushikatsu made with an original blend of cooking oil and a fine batter to creates a perfectly crunchy texture. Along with the seasonal foods on offer, the effect makes us feel like every detail is delicious. Their omakase course is a course using various ingredients such as fresh seafood purchased from Kuromon Market. Enjoy with a wide variety of wines.

Omakase course (8,600 yen) The batter includes egg whites for a crunchy and light texture.

The store is in the shopping arcade of Kuromon Market. You can drop by casually even when you are by yourself, and there are a wide variety of wine and champagne available. As that it’s a more refined and relaxed place than your typical kushikatsu stand, even female customers feel comfortable dining solo.
