Local shochu, which has long been loved in Shibushi, is brewed.

Wakashiosyuzou offers its locally produced shochu, born in the southern land of Shibushi. You can explore the storehouse named “Senkokugura”, a tunnel-like storeroom for aging where the taste of shochu becomes deeper and gentler. At the shop, where you can casually sample the shochu, there are all the brewery’s brands including Satsuma-shirowakashio, a favorite of the local people.

Since the liquors of this brewery are so tasty, everyone is pleased when I give them as a present.
